How can I help you?

Understanding French law is not your part.
Translating, explaining and optimizing is mine.

I become your legal right-hand woman in France — to optimize and secure your assets, projects, rights, and interests.

REAL ESTATE in France

INHERITANCE IN FRANCE

CREATIVE COMPANY

I really understand how helpless you can feel when you have a project or situation to deal with in a country where you don't know the rules, customs, or key players.
This is often the case for foreign individuals and companies who have to operate in France without speaking the language, without knowing the local laws... and without a trusted local contact.

That's where I come in.

I will become your right-hand person in France.
I will represent you, explain things to you, and coordinate everything. I will help you regain control of sometimes complex situations, understand your rights, and act with complete confidence.

Because beyond the law, there are also cultural differences, expectations, and unspoken assumptions.
I speak your language. I understand your culture. And I know how to bridge the gap.

, and personalized, rigorous, and transparent support.

      Regulated legal certainty

I am not a legal consultant or a legal advisor (Please note that in France, only licensed attorneys are permitted to provide legal advice).
I am a licensed attorney and a member of the Paris Bar.

This means a strict framework, committed responsibility, and mandatory professional insurance.

Every consultation is covered to ensure your protection.
Every consultation is governed by professional confidentiality and ethical standards.

I need to keep learning and stay up to date on the latest legal developments.

You benefit from real legal certainty, not just an opinion.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Do you have a warranty?

Yes, unlike legal professionals and legal consultants in France—who are not authorized to provide legal advice—French attorneys are bound by professional rules and a code of ethics enforced by the Bar Association. This regulatory framework ensures, among other things, respect for confidentiality and attorney-client privilege.

In addition, the services of a French lawyer are always covered by their mandatory professional liability insurance.

      What are your fees?

A French lawyer’s fees are determined based on several criteria: the firm’s standard rates, the languages used, knowledge of the relevant cultures and legal systems, the value of the assets or real estate, the outcome achieved or losses avoided, the client’s financial situation, the research required, the time spent on the case, as well as the lawyer’s experience and level of training.

Other factors taken into account include the urgency of the matter, deadlines that must be met, or the need for specific availability.

In concrete terms, what actions are possible?

I can work with you or on your behalf to take any necessary steps to move your matters forward: analyze your situation or project, inform you of possible strategies, advise you, and act on your behalf or alongside you when dealing with real estate agents, notaries, tax authorities, banks, insurance companies, and any other parties or counterparties.

Do you intervene in emergencies or ongoing disputes?

If you are facing a complicated situation, a conflict, or a legal dispute, please provide me with all the relevant information and documents regarding the matter. I will review them and explain your options, along with their pros and cons.

I am also sharing my proposed strategy with you so that you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Very often, disputes can be resolved either through the expected course of action or through an amicable, negotiated settlement. If that is not the case, I will do my best to guide you toward a legal resolution.

What if we move forward together?

      Every situation is unique.
Let’s start with an initial consultation to lay the groundwork for your project or resolve a current issue.
