Frequently Asked Questions
May I write to you directly?
I prefer to schedule appointments online so that I can dedicate ample time to our conversation under the best possible conditions. That’s when I can truly understand your situation and determine how best to help you.
If you write to me, I’ll be happy to reply. But often, a meeting is necessary to discuss things in more detail and start planning the next steps together.
Is the first appointment free?
Our initial consultation is a paid service. It allows you to receive professional advice and clear, practical guidance, and often lays the groundwork for a customized support plan.
How much does an appointment cost?
The price depends on the format chosen:
- Phone call (30 minutes) – €150 excl. tax (+ 20% VAT), or €180 incl. tax
- Video call (1 hour) - €300 excl. tax (+ 20% VAT), or €360 incl. tax
Prices are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is made online when you schedule your appointment. A paid invoice will then be sent to you.
Do you intervene in emergencies or ongoing disputes?
Yes. If you are facing a complex situation, a conflict, or an ongoing dispute, please provide me with all the information and documents related to the case. I will review them and outline your options, along with their pros and cons.
I am also sharing my proposed strategy with you so that you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.
In the vast majority of cases, there is a solution—whether it involves taking the necessary legal action or reaching an amicable, negotiated settlement. If that is not the case, I will guide you toward the legal course of action best suited to your situation.

Are you the only one working on my case?
My area of expertise is broad and covers the vast majority of situations that individuals and professionals may encounter in France.
When additional expertise is required, I draw on a network of trusted professionals: notaries, specialized attorneys, certified public accountants, judicial auditors, and others.
I remain your sole point of contact throughout the entire process (some of my clients call me the “orchestrator”).
