AN INITIAL DISCUSSION TO UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION
Every collaboration begins with an initial consultation—by phone, videoconference, or in person. This discussion allows me to understand your situation, your expectations, and your constraints, and to provide you with some initial guidance.
Depending on your specific needs, this discussion may be followed by a more in-depth review of your situation and relevant documents.
I will then present the various options available to you, the possible courses of action, and—when relevant—the different strategies to consider.
You can then make an informed decision about how you would like to proceed.
A MISSION STATEMENT DEFINED AND FORMALIZED IN WRITING
Before any intervention, we define together:
- the assigned task and its scope
- billing method
- any external costs
- payment terms and conditions
A fee and engagement agreement is then drawn up and signed before I begin my work, in accordance with the terms we have agreed upon.
If the scope of the engagement changes along the way, the new scope and any resulting impact on the fees will be discussed with you.
Possible billing methods
FIXED FEE
When the nature and scope of the assignment can be defined in advance, the fees may be set as a flat fee.
When a project consists of several phases, successive fixed-price contracts may be arranged to provide you with greater visibility over time.
HOURLY FEE
Particularly well-suited to evolving or complex situations, this billing method is based on the actual time spent on your case, at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
A summary of the due diligence work performed can be provided to you.
RETAINER
For individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses seeking ongoing legal support over the long term.
The scope of services, monitoring procedures, and fees are defined in advance in the fee agreement.
Percentage-Based Fees
In certain matters, part or all of the fee may be calculated as a percentage of the value of the transaction, property or assets concerned, or, where applicable, based on the outcome of the matter.
The applicable percentage and calculation method are agreed in advance.
Each billing method is explained in advance and agreed upon.

Trygghet is a customized support service designed for clients who want long-term guidance and a comprehensive overview of their situation.
This is not a standardized package: its content, scope, and fees are determined based on your situation, your needs, and the extent of the support provided.
AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT, “THE EVALUATION” — 1,900 €
The Trygghet support program begins with a thorough assessment of your situation. This assessment helps identify areas of concern, priorities, and recommended actions, and enables us to develop a tailored plan of action.
If you then proceed with the Trygghet support program, 100% of the cost of this assessment will be deducted from the support program fees.

Following this initial assessment, I will offer you guidance tailored to your situation and the scope of the assignment.
Trygghet Real Estate: starting at 9,000 €

The exact amount and scope of the services are specified in the fee agreement.
