Every collaboration begins with an initial consultation via phone, video call, or an in-person meeting. This discussion allows me to understand your situation, your expectations, and your constraints, and to provide you with an overview of your situation.
Each case then begins with a thorough assessment of your situation in its specificities.
First step is you sending me the relevant information and documents.
Based on the analysis I'll establish, I will propose:
- possible actions
- possible strategic options
- implementation conditions
- and my practical advice for optimization
I of course remain available to explain and discuss with you if you’d like.
You will then possess all info to decide, with full knowledge, how you wish to proceed and go further.
A mission formalized in writing
Before any intervention, we define together:
- the mission entrusted
- billing method
- any external costs
- payment terms and conditions
Once we have agreed on the details of my services, you will fill in your personal information via a link which will allow me to send you, in accordance with my professional rules, a fee and service agreement that can be signed remotely.
An initial invoice is issued upon signing so that I can begin working.
Any changes to the defined scope of work must be documented in writing (e.g., via email, in a written agreement, etc.)
This agreement between us ensures clarity and a clear understanding of the services I provide and forms the foundation of our mutual trust.

In some cases, a portion of the fees may be calculated on a flat-rate basis and indexed to the value of the property investment, the estate, or the amounts recovered or saved through settlement or litigation.
